Pros
I like the flexibility of the software to adapt to our requirements (adding/removing fields, forms, workflows, etc.). The user interface is very friendly and easy to use. It's very scalable and has a cloud-based deployment. The company delivered on exactly what they said they would do.

I cannot think of anything that I do not like. Everything went according to plan.

Great but not as many features as competitors
Pros
This is a pretty standard CRM. Easy to use and helpful features offered but just not as integrative as some other similar softwares like Zoho
Cons
Just lack of features and not a very good reporting system.
